About 4AM Media
We are an ecommerce company founded 5 years ago based out of California so we are mostly on PST time. We ship out of Tampa Florida, EST time. Using media buying (running ads on Facebook, Google, and Pinterest with more to come) and story-based copywriting, we sell products online. Our main products right now are a toilet cleaner, epilator, an earwax removal tool, and a dental probiotic with more to come.
We currently have 17 employees outside of customer service, including 3 company co-owners.
We prefer to be as private as possible in regards to our inside business practices when it comes to the customers. We do not want to tell them our company name, who works for the company, or where we are located because we plan on expanding to multiple brands/products that we do not want to affect each other. We only respond with whatever brand (individual product name) the customer is asking about.
