We would like to inform the department that Francis Sajulga is no longer with the company as of April 03, 2026 due to a violation of company policy.
The decision was made following confirmed findings of unauthorized use of company time and property for personal business, specifically:
Use of Hubstaff to log work hours outside of scheduled shifts
Misrepresentation of productivity through sustained input activity without actual work
We take these matters very seriously as they directly impact team integrity, trust, and fairness across all members.
This also serves as a firm reminder that we have zero tolerance for any form of time fraud. Hubstaff is in place to ensure accurate tracking of work hours, not to be misused in any way. Any similar violations will result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
We trust each of you and know that our team upholds the highest standards of professionalism. This reminder is simply to reinforce expectations and ensure we continue maintaining a fair and accountable work environment for everyone.
