The Pee Buster's patented Scent Shield contains scent-attracted molecules that will focus on odor and stain-causing materials like pee, poo, and vomit. This is crucial for breaking down gross odors and stains without harming typical surfaces like couches, chairs, flooring, carpets, and more.

The solution was specifically made without enzymes or typical cleaning solutions because those chemicals contain toxins for small pets, which is especially bad for them because they always have their nose and mouth so close to the floor.

How to use

  1. Clean up the mess just like you normally would, no deep scrubbing required.

Return and Refund Policy

Shipping

All Pee Buster orders are processed within 1 business day and ship via standard tracked service. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase. Any adjustment requests submitted after shipment will not be accommodated. The customer is required to accept delivery of the order and may initiate a return or exchange only in accordance with our official Return Policy.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not delighted with your Pee Buster purchase, you may return units within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A $4.95 processing fee and all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How to start a return

  • Email support@peebuster.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you'll be guided through the process of shipping back your return item(s).
  • Note that returns must be in new and unopened condition and shipped within 7 days of the approval date.

Return requirements

  • Items must be undamaged and in its original packaging (all accessories, manuals, and inserts included).
  • Packages marked "Return to Sender" cannot be processed.
  • Refund requests made after 30 days from delivery will be refused.
  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the return label creation date. Returns shipped after 7 days of the label creation date will be rejected and ineligible for a refund.
  • All returns must be accepted and approved by our support team. Unverified returns will not be accepted and ineligible for a refund.
  • Once your return has been received and/or completely processed, the outcome of the return is considered final.

Exchanges

  • Want a replacement or to exchange for other products?
  • Email us within the same 30-day window and we'll process an exchange.
  • For exchanges of equal value, we waive the $4.95 processing fee; you pay only the shipping to return the original item.
  • We'll ship the replacement once we approve the exchange.

International returns

  • Duties, taxes, or import fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any inbound duties on the return shipment.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of receipt and inspection.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take up to 10 business days to post the credit.
